The product is based on 100% polyester fibers. The fibers are hydroentangled (high pressure water jets – no added chemicals).

Designed to produce high quality surfaces during FRP component production. It is well suited for pultrusion, filament winding,

RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes.  Widely used in tanks, cladding and wind blades, etc.

In the winding process, the high modulus and fast penetration ability of fiberglass polyester mat can reduce bubbles and white spots caused by tank production.

In the hand lay-up process, fiberglass polyester mat can significantly improve the surface finish of the product,

isolate the glass fiber inside the product, and improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product.

It is widely used as waterproof material.

The use of fiberglass polyester mat in the pultrusion process can increase the resin rich layer on the surface,

thereby obtaining a smoother surface effect, enhancing the wear resistance and UV resistance of FRP products.

The soft surface felt can also be protected during processing. Mold extends the service life of the mold.
