Product Introduction

This product uses dipped polyester cords and steel cords in the warp direction, and the steel cords are woven in the upper and lower parts of the warp cords in the weft direction to form a double-layer straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric belt core.

Product Features

• Warp (longitudinal): “E” rope – open rope; there are periodic gaps between the wires to allow easy penetration of the rubber.
• Weft direction (horizontal direction): “HE” cord – high elongation cord
• There is a layer of weft cords above the warp cords.
• 1 layer of weft cords below the warp cords
