Product Introduction

This product consists of dipped polyester cords and steel cords as warp yarns, and steel cords as weft yarns, forming a layer of straight warp and straight weft steel cord fabric core on the upper part of the warp yarn steel cords.

Product Features

• Warp (longitudinal): “E” wire – open wire; there are periodic gaps between wires to allow easy penetration of rubber.
• Weft direction (horizontal direction): “HE” type cord – high elongation type cord; steel cord with smaller lay length, looser strands and higher elongation. Ensure good groove formation.
• The weft cords sit above the warp cords.
